Service & Payment Terms
Clear before we roll.
These are the website-facing terms for THEBIGLOADCO bookings, paid planning engagements and SUBZERO participation. A written quote, scope, invoice, contract or official route rules can add or replace terms for a specific engagement.

Service acceptanceSubmitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. BIGLOAD confirms scope, eligibility, availability and the service window before work. Unsafe, prohibited, unserviceable or materially different conditions may be declined or re-scoped.
Residential + Business Preferred depositsFor direct-book services, the website collects the disclosed deposit—generally 50% of the selected or starting service amount—and credits it to the confirmed job. If the confirmed standard scope changes, the difference may be added or credited before the remaining balance is due. Scope-review selections are not charged until approved.
Weekend schedulingCurrent field-service availability is weekend-first. A website request or deposit enters the applicable weekend scheduling/route queue; BIGLOAD confirms the eligible service date and operational details before service.
Laundry route holdsWeekend Laundry Concierge route holds are temporary until the linked deposit is verified. The checkout window is intentionally limited so unpaid holds do not block route capacity indefinitely.
Remaining balancesUnless a written quote or engagement says otherwise, the remaining service balance is due the day before confirmed service at confirmation time.
Paid planning + developmentPublished planning products purchase the defined planning/development deliverable described at checkout. Deployment, production, media, equipment, prizes, third-party costs, implementation and later operating work are separate unless specifically included in writing. Where the product page states that BIGLOAD will refund the planning payment or deposit if BIGLOAD declines the submitted scenario before kickoff, that stated pre-kickoff term controls.
Digital products904 Decks and BIGLOAD Reset Kits are one-time digital purchases licensed to the buyer for personal use. Access is delivered automatically after Stripe confirms payment. Because delivery is immediate, digital purchases are generally final except where required by law or where the purchased file is defective or unavailable. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded, white-labeled or commercially reproduced without written permission.
Secure checkoutCard checkout is handled by Stripe. A browser redirect or confirmation URL alone does not mark a payment paid; THEBIGLOADCO verifies the Stripe Checkout session server-side before treating it as paid.
Buddy / promotional creditsCredits are subject to the eligibility language shown with the offer. A future-service credit is not cash and is not earned until the qualifying completed orders or conditions are met.
SUBZERORoute 001 is participation-based. Verified mission progress is server-recorded; proof missions remain pending until review. Current route participation does not require a purchase. Future prize-bearing routes, if offered, use separate official rules and eligibility terms.
Intellectual property + licensingSubmitting an idea, partnership brief or licensing inquiry does not grant ownership, exclusivity, territory or rights to BIGLOAD concepts, brands, systems or IP. Licensing and strategic rights exist only under a separate written agreement.
Changes + questionsWe may update website-facing operational terms as services evolve. Terms already fixed in an accepted written scope remain governed by that scope. Questions can be sent to hello@thebigloadco.com.
