What we collectName, contact information, service type, area, timing and details you choose to provide.
Why we use itTo respond to inquiries, scope service, coordinate work and maintain basic business records.
What not to submitDo not place passwords, banking credentials, Social Security numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in the request form.
Game proofProof missions may include a photo and short note you choose to submit. Pending proof does not become verified game progress until it is reviewed and cleared.
PaymentsSecure card checkout is handled by Stripe when connected. THEBIGLOADCO does not collect or store full card numbers. A booking is marked paid only after the server verifies the Stripe Checkout session.
Subzero / Big Load LocalIf you claim Clark Route 001, we collect the home ZIP and the Subzero district you choose (Harbor, River, Heritage or Coastal) to maintain your founding pass and aggregate 904 District Pulse count. Mission location checks confirm a route zone; the game does not store your exact coordinates in the player progress record.
Minors / SubzeroPlayers under 13 may participate only through a parent/guardian entry; we do not offer them an independent Subzero account. Players ages 13–17 require parent/guardian permission for location, photo, vendor and in-person missions. Any future cash-prize After the Thaw experience is 18+ under separate official rules.
District Pulse privacySubzero district counts are public only in aggregate. We do not publicly display an individual player’s ZIP, street address or exact mission location.
Proof review securityMission proof is reviewed privately. The public game does not use shared mission-clear codes; approved proof is cleared through a private owner review process.
InfrastructureWebsite forms and server functions are hosted through Netlify. Secure checkout is handled through Stripe. These providers process the information needed to deliver those technical services under their own security and privacy practices.
