Create your player identity, choose your age lane and select the Subzero district that best matches where you live: Harbor, River, Heritage or Coastal.
Jacksonville starts frozen. You thaw it. Clark Route 001 is the founding 7–14 day city experience: 16 verified freezes, four districts, live progression and a permanent THAWED 001 finish. Jacksonville is the game board; players can come from anywhere, but location missions are cleared here in the 904. Route 001 proves the order first — then future funded routes can raise the stakes.

THE CITY ISN’T
BACKGROUND.
Clark Route started with a simple idea: a city gets stronger when people actually use it. Subzero turns Jacksonville into a live layer of movement, discovery, competition and local pride — not a one-afternoon scavenger hunt.
Route 001 is the proof-of-order route. It establishes player identity, district rhythm, verification, review discipline, completion integrity and community scale before prize money is attached to any route. That order is the asset.
ENTER COLD.
MOVE THROUGH JAX.
Subzero is a 7–14 day Jacksonville experience built around real outings, discoveries and verified checkpoints. You are not racing a screen. You are building a run through the city, unlocking new layers as you go and finishing with permanent THAWED 001 status.
Each core checkpoint tells you what kind of verification it needs. Location, clue and proof missions count only after the server confirms them.
Cold Front, Deep Freeze, 904 Lock and Final Freeze arrive in stages. Cold Drops, vendor moments and 904 surprises can give you extra reasons to return.
Share milestones, reactions, food stops, scenery, crew moments and THAWED cards. Rep your district without posting hidden answers, private clues or personal location details.
Make plans around your freezes instead of treating them like errands. Bring family or a crew, stay for the food, explore the attraction, notice a part of Jacksonville you normally drive past and post the moments worth showing. Every real player adds energy to the live 904 District Pulse, so your district gains traction by showing up — not by buying points. The best run is one you can look back on and say you actually did Jacksonville differently for a week or two.
DON’T JUST CLEAR IT.
BUILD A RUN.
The strongest Subzero run mixes progress, city time, district pride and clean proof. Use this playbook to get more out of Route 001 without turning the experience into homework.
Use the same browser/device when possible. Your display passport and local progress stay easier to follow, while official verified progress remains server-side.
Pair a mission with food, a view, family time or something nearby. Subzero is better when the route creates a real Jacksonville day instead of sixteen separate errands.
Your district is your Subzero identity, not a boundary. Play everywhere, then make your district visible through real clears, milestone shares and the 904 District Pulse.
Post the scenery, reaction, crew, food, attraction and milestone card. Tag @thebigloadco on Instagram or @.thebigloadco on TikTok. Don’t post hidden clues, exact live locations or private proof details.
Route layers open in stages. Recheck Subzero after meaningful clears so you don’t miss later freezes, 904 surprises, vendor moments or community unlocks.
All 16 core freezes, all four route lanes, at least four reviewed proofs and both Final Freeze clears. Tapping a tile never counts as completion.
How do I gain traction without ruining the game?
Tell the story of your run: district pride, before/after reactions, favorite stop, crew energy, food, scenery and milestone cards. A useful post says “look what I did in Jacksonville” without giving the next player the answer.
What if my proof is still pending?
Pending proof is not a clear yet. Keep playing any other available freezes and return later. Reviewed missions protect the integrity of THAWED 001, so they are intentionally different from instant checks.
Can I play with family or a crew?
Yes. Crew and family play are part of the experience. Under 13 participates through a parent/guardian; ages 13–17 require guardian permission for location, photo, vendor and in-person missions.
Does my district limit where I can go?
No. Harbor, River, Heritage and Coastal are identity lanes inside Subzero. Your district feeds the public 904 District Pulse, but the full route still moves you across all four route lanes.
What should I never post?
Do not post hidden answers, private review codes, another player’s information, exact live location, home address, private proof screens or anything that turns a later freeze into a free answer.
PLAY SMART.
STAY IN THE MOMENT.
Subzero works best when the game helps you use Jacksonville — not when your phone becomes the whole outing.
Know whether the freeze needs location, an answer, a photo or private review. Charge your phone, bring only the people you actually want with you, and don’t drive while using the game.
Use the mission as the anchor. Add food, a view, an attraction, a park or something you normally pass. The route is supposed to open Jacksonville, not rush you through it.
Post the reaction, district, scenery, crew energy and milestone card. Keep hidden answers, proof details and exact live location off social.
Clear something else that is open, check the unlock requirement, return after reviewed proof clears, or use support@thebigloadco.com if the game state looks wrong.
You can play solo, family or crew. Your district is your identity — not a boundary. Represent Harbor, River, Heritage or Coastal while moving through all four route lanes.
HOW MUCH JAX
DO YOU HAVE TODAY?
Pick the energy. Subzero gives you a rhythm — you choose the actual open freezes and Jacksonville stops.
- Open one currently available mission.
- Build one food / view / attraction stop around it.
- Submit clean proof, then enjoy the rest of the outing.
JAX CAN PLAY.
WE KEEP IT CLEAN.
Subzero is built to include families and teens without turning younger players into independent prize or location-data accounts.
No independent account or independent location/photo submission. A parent/guardian owns the entry, handles those checks and accompanies the play.
Core Subzero play is open with parent/guardian permission for location, photo, vendor and in-person missions.
Adults can participate independently. Any future cash-prize experience lives under separate official rules.
Route 001 establishes the game first. Any future cash-prize route is a separate 18+ experience where required, fully funded before opening, and governed by published official rules.
16 CORE FREEZES.
7–14 DAYS TO THAW.
Subzero is meant to live with you for a week or two — roughly 10 meaningful hours of Jacksonville play spread across real outings. Core freezes unlock in stages. Optional Cold Drops, food/vendor moments and side missions can appear around the route, but they never replace the 16 verified core clears.
The 904 Lock cracks at twelve verified core clears with all four routes represented. It opens Jacksonville-only challenges, but the two-part Final Freeze still has to be cleared.
Mission
Allow location only when you are actually in the route. The browser checks the route zone; your exact coordinates are not saved in the game record.
No shared verification code is used. THEBIGLOADCO reviews the submitted proof privately; an approved mission clears on your next official sync.
THE CITY CHANGES
WHILE YOU PLAY.
No fake one-mission-per-day timer. The pace comes from Jacksonville itself: staged unlocks, business hours, night moves, weekend windows, chained clues and surprise drops.
Optional freezes can appear for a few hours or a weekend and feed District Pulse momentum, collectibles or bonus status without replacing core progress.
Explore more of Jax without turning every stop into a purchase. Free/public moves stay in the mix.
Player #904, community milestones and certain route clears can trigger Jacksonville-only reveals.
Finish faster if your windows line up. The route rewards planning and discovery, not artificial waiting.
Improve the run.
Never buy the win.
Gear can organize, customize or deepen the route. It never purchases completion, ranking, cash-prize eligibility or better prize odds.
Use a hint without clearing the stop.
See the best grouping for one outing.
Access optional play early — not a required completion.
Collectible 904 / Subzero visual treatments can carry forward.
Keep an unfinished bonus challenge for later.
Family or friends can run one route as a crew.
FLY IN.
RUN THE 904.
Route 001 is physically played in Jacksonville, but the invitation is national. Traveling players can claim a pass, choose the district they want to represent and build a Jacksonville run around the freezes.
The location missions still require you to be here. That is the point: Subzero is not a screen pretending to be a city experience. The city is the experience.

PROVE THE ROUTE.
THEN RAISE THE STAKES.
Route 001 launches as the founding proof-of-order route — no cash pot attached. It proves player demand, verification, district movement, review integrity and completion before money can distort the signal.
When a future prize-bearing route opens, the reward pool is funded in full before launch and posted as one headline amount under separate official rules. No artificial low ceiling. The scale follows the funding, the route and the city.
JAX CAN
PLAY A PART.
Restaurants, attractions, vendors, local businesses, owners and founders can help build the route people actually want to finish.
Create a real experience, offer or 904 moment. Sponsored placement never purchases a player's completion.
Build a challenge, bonus moment, family move or hidden Jacksonville experience around what you already do well.
Fabrication, prizes, gear, fulfillment, production and local capability can plug into the route without changing player odds.
A future route can carry a founder, owner, company or civic dedication. Prize-bearing routes open only after the announced reward pool is fully funded and official rules are ready; activation and build costs stay separate.
ROUTE DEDICATION · FUNDED BEFORE LAUNCHOwners, founders, family offices, companies, attractions and civic partners can discuss route dedication, experience underwriting and future funded reward pools — while THEBIGLOADCO keeps gameplay and player outcomes independent.
THE FIRST THAW
The first community unlock opens at 1,000 real Subzero pass claims. That is not the finish and it is not a player cap. It is the moment Route 001 proves it can create order at city scale and opens the next public layer automatically.
After 1,000, the counter keeps climbing. New signal milestones can expand the community layer without changing core completion or selling player outcomes.
FIRST THAW.
CITYWIDE SIGNAL.
When the 1,000th real pass is recorded, this layer opens automatically. No fake counter, no manual switch and no cap.
Official player numbers 1–1,000 carry a permanent Founding Thousand marker inside Route 001.
When First Thaw opens, Harbor, River, Heritage and Coastal all move into the citywide layer together. District counts continue live.
Players can release a no-spoiler First Thaw share signal from the route page without exposing clues, proof details or live location.
After 1,000, the live counter moves toward the next community signal. Registration never closes because a milestone was hit.
Claim the
origin pass.
Early Clark Route players keep the founding class attached to Route 001. Your pass also records your selected Subzero district so Jacksonville can watch the 904 District Pulse move in real time.
